Damages and issues
Please inspect your order at pickup and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods including Tortillas, Masa, and Sopes.
Failure to Pickup
If you do not pick up your tortillas on the pickup day within the hours published, you will not receive a refund.
Refunds
You may request at refund if unhappy with the tortillas at the time of pickup.
